Secretary, Subcommittee for Energy Policy, National Union of Employers of Slovakia

Ondrej Studenec is specialist in the Regulation and Public Affairs Department in SLOVNAFT, and Secretary of the Subcommittee for Energy Policy at the National Union of Employers of Slovakia. He worked for the Slovak Embassy in Stockholm as Commercial Counsellor, and was Director General of Energy Department in the Ministry of Economy, responsible for restructuring and privatisation of the energy sector, setting of the energy regulatory framework, opening of the energy market and he was team leader of the negotiations for energy chapter during accession of Slovakia to the EU. Mr. Studenec graduated from the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, Department of Thermal and Nuclear Power Plants.
